Durbanville Conference Center T's & C's

1. Introduction

- Welcome to Durbanville Conference Centre. By booking our venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of Facilities

- Our facilities are available for corporate events, meetings, and conferences as per the booking agreement.

- All events must comply with the laws of South Africa.

3. Booking and Cancellation

- A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required in order to secure your conference reservation.

- Please note that no reservations will be made until the deposit has been paid.

- The balance needs to be paid 14 x Days prior to the Conference.

- Reservations cancelled, will be billed with 50 % of the fee & 10 working days or less, with the full amount.

4. Liability

- Durbanville Conference Centre will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury occurring on the premises, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under the law.

5. Payment

- Full payment must be made and received by Durbanville Conference Centre prior to the Event.

- Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Conduct

- Clients are expected to conduct their events in a professional and orderly manner.

- The management reserves the right to terminate any event that causes excessive disturbance or violates any laws.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

- Durbanville Conference Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website.

8. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be resolved in the local courts.

9. Communication and Privacy

- In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Durbanville Conference Centre commits to protecting the privacy and accuracy of your personal information.

- By providing your details during the booking process, you agree to allow Durbanville Conference Centre to store and use your information for the purposes of conducting business and communicating with you regarding your event and other related services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

- You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in these communications or by contacting us directly.

- All electronic communications will be conducted in a manner that ensures the security of your personal data and will comply with existing legislation regarding electronic communications.
